Anybody needing a yummy dessert for their Easter spread? Make this Almond Macaroon Torte With Chocolate Frosting and your guests will swoon.

A girl brought this to small group last night and it was a total and complete hit. Even I, the non-chocolate-lover, loved it. I think it’s because Tracy used bittersweet chocolate instead of semi-sweet like the recipe called for. Whatever the case, it was yum. Super yum. Super-duper yum.

Wait a second, who do I think I am, the Pioneer Woman? It would be a feat for me to make plain ole macaroons…maybe in another life!
