Arle has developed quite the passion for coloring. She loves to plop down with her box of Crayons and go to town on her coloring books. She takes the whole thing very seriously and often reminds me, in a very stern voice, “You ONLY color on paper, Mommy!”
She even made a custom birthday card for a birthday party we went to on Saturday for her friend Charlotte. I’m just now realizing I should have taken a pic of it. Just imagine lots of colorful scribbles on red construction paper.
It also seems as though she’s a lefty. Lefties have always fascinated me. It’s so weird to me that they basically write upside down. Hmmmm…..deep thoughts for this lovely Monday morning.

Hey now! Not all lefties write upside-down! I write in a perfectly norman manner, just using the “right” hand.
I’m the only one in my whole family and hoped that, at least, one of my kids would turn out “riight”….but, no, not one. Sigh…..
You go, Arle. I’ll claim you as my little lefty prodigy!

I must say that your stories & pictures of Arle really do give me hope for our future….;) Things are coming along as we began our clomid dosage again this month. I have written out a prayer that I say each morning, giving the whole situation to God & it has really helped. I at least know that if it doesn’t work in the year we are in AL, we can actively begin the adoption process immediately at our next assignment. Arle is such a precious gift & in each post that you write about her, you can tell that you & your hubby realize what a miracle she is…so props to you for sharing your story with us on a daily basis! “What’s the Word”…lol! xoxo

I’m another leftie who does not write upside down. My dad was left-handed, as well. As they say, “Everyone is born right-handed. Only the smart ones overcome it.”

I love her beautiful masterpieces, but I have to admit I was trying to get a better glimpse of her adorably cute outfit. From what I saw anyways it looks adorably cute. Her sweet hair is to too cute too!
