I loved your list. Can't wait to try some of them. When it comes to beauty products I have major ADD. I'm always trying different things. Mostly b/c I'm searching for cheaper alternatives to the expensive stuff I love. There are a few that are always with me, though. I'm with Your Mother on the Maybelline Great Lash mascara except mine is not waterproof. My next must-have would make dermatologists everywhere cringe, a baby wipe for those many nights I fall asleep watching TV on the couch and am too sleepy to wash my face. Terrible, I know, but it gets everything off, including mascara. For super-dry cuticles, lips, hands, elbows, heels, nips ;), etc., an emergency fix that's fantastic is Lansinoh lanolin breast cream. I still keep a tube around. My number one must-have is my Shu Uerma eyelash curler from my mom. If all else fails, I can always run out of the house with a bit of under-eye concealer and a bit of my Great Lash mascara on my expertly curled eyelashes. Thanks for this fab list.
P.S. I also agree with Your Mother on wearing a sincere smile. I might even take some laugh lines gracefully in exchange for years of laughter and sincere joy!

Until I turned 50, my main cosmetic for taking off makeup, moisturizing my eyes, my hands, my elbows, my feet, and everything in between was Vaseline! Not very glamorous but it works. I thought I had to go more expensive for some reason in my old age, so now I use Oil of Olay daily regenerating serum for the face and for the eyes, not terribly expensive but every bit as good as the more costly ones. Lancome's Bi-Facil eye makeup remover is fabulous because it easily removes my favorite mascara (forever) Maybelline's Great Lash waterproof. I absolutely agree with you about Nivea Skin Firming Moisturizing Q10, for every reason you mentioned. I also think the major cosmetic firms try to demean St. Ive's, I love their Apricot Invigorating Scrub. Exfoliate, exfoliate, exfoliate. My favorite foundation for many years now is Estee Lauder's Double Wear. The best thing a woman can do for her face is avoid too much sun on it, and avoid alcoholic beverages and cigarettes and don't forget a sincere smile.
